TIRED & HUNGRY

As a kitchen coach, I’ve been honored to step into clients’ kitchens and the delicate corners of their lives where feeding themselves or their families is a dreaded series of tasks. It can be HARD to tend our tired & hungry selves. On top of that, many of us also have parenthood, chronic illness, intense work pressures, to name a few.

In one-on-one sessions, I’ve gotten to support clients to build strategies for managing the overwhelming tasks around meals. I’ve witnessed people’s confidence grow and their imaginations expand for what is possible. It’s been some of the most cherished parts of all my work.

This blog is to share with you some of the resources and strategies that have helped my clients on their cooking journeys. Whether you want to build your cooking intuition, to manage the pre-dinner panic, or to just feel more hope that you can have control over your kitchen, I hope there is something for you.
