Each session’s tailored for you. Here’s what you can expect.

Each session will last between 2-2.5 hours, determined by your specific needs, goals, and coaching plan. We’ll work in the comfort of your own kitchen. Our time will balance transformative coaching conversations with hands on cooking practice, leaving you with more than enough to implement in your own time.

To get the most out of your coaching experience, it’s recommended to start with at least 5 coaching sessions over a 3 month commitment.
However, each person is unique, and on a unique journey. Book a consultation to shape a plan specific to you. -
$250 per session. Limited sliding scale slots may be available for individuals who experience access barriers due systemic injustices.
Payments are made via Zelle, Paypal, or ACH transfer prior to when coaching begins.
