Private Dining Experiences

Weekly Meal Prep

  • I’ll take the work of weeknight meals off your plate (and put something tasty on it!). From personalized menus designed for your family’s needs, grocery shopping, cooking, and clean up, I’ll handle the mess and leave you with a fridge full of ready to reheat meals.

    With this personalized service, your menu options are limitless! Here are some examples of past meals I've created for clients:

    • Lamb Kofta Kebabs with Homemade Pita, Roasted Turmeric Cauliflower, Tzatziki, Tabbouleh

    • Shrimp and Pork Wonton Soup, Celery & Mushroom Salad

    • Lemon Butter Chicken, Sundried Tomato Creamy Orzo, Arugula Salad with Champagne Vinaigrette

  • Starting Price: $450 for a package of 3 meals, up to 5 portions each. Pricing increases for increased meals or portions or other add ons.

    Grocery costs are covered separately.

Bespoke Multi-Course Private Dinner

  • Transform your home into a full-service restaurant! From menu design to dessert, each course is chef created specifically for you. Ingredient sourcing, tablescape, wait service, cleaning up–each part of the process is implemented with care for you and your home.

  • Starting Price: $150 per person ($900 event minimum) provides:

    • a signature cocktail

    • appetizer

    • main course

    • dessert.

    Grocery costs are not included in the service fee and are covered separately.

Elevated Appetizers

  • Classy hors d'oeuvres will elevate your event, bringing it from special to superior. Chef prepared and plated in your home, an artful charcuterie spread or delicious small bites are sure to impress your guests for days to come.

  • Starting Price: $90/person ($900 event minimum) provides:

    • 4 appetizers

    • 1 stationary platter (cheese & charcuterie, crudités and dips)

A Hot Pot Interactive Experience

  • Vast array of colorful vegetables, top quality local meats, fresh seafood, variety of noodles, prepared and ready for you to cook in a tabletop pot of deep and rich broth–Szechuan mala beef broth, umami mushroom tomato broth, or coconut lemongrass chicken broth. Pair your meal with your own custom sauces at your full sauce bar.

    Chef demonstration, table side service, tableware, and specialized equipment is provided with this experience.

    After your event, your leftover ingredients will be stir fried for your enjoyment the next day!

  • Starting Price: $150 per person ($900 event minimum) provides:

    • a signature mocktail

    • 3 small plates

    • 2 homemade broths

    • unlimited array of ingredients

    • full sauce bar

A Vietnamese Garden Roll Feast

  • Explore Vietnamese cuisine with an interactive dining experience focused on cuốn (spring rolls). Guests will learn the art of crafting fresh spring rolls, selecting from a variety of flavorful fillings and fragrant herbs, allowing for customization of each roll to suit individual tastes. Included is table side grilled meats and an array of traditional sauces.

    Chef demonstration, table side service, tableware, and specialized equipment is provided with this experience.

  • Starting Price: $150 per person ($900 event minimum) provides:

    • a signature mocktail

    • 3 small plates

    • an array of grilled meats, fresh vegetables & herbs, woven rice noodles, and toppings

    Grocery costs are covered separately.

Custom Service

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Dependent on your menu or experience, I (and my team) will arrive a few hours before your event start time. We will stay for the duration of your event and leave after cleaning up (usually 1-2 hours after your event).

  • Yes! I have a network of amazing professional staff to service your event needs. I’m happy to complimentarily coordinate with them to offer you a packaged service. Let me know your needs and we’ll see what we can do!

  • A 50% nonrefundable deposit of the service quote is required to hold your service day. The full payment is due 7 days prior to the service day. Any remainder payment is required by the completion of service.

    Cost of food may be covered by a client provided credit card or a retainer amount.
